... translated, it means 'beside the marsh'.
Welcome to Glan-y-morfa. We hope you will love this house as much as we do and that you will have a fabulous relaxing stay.
Purchased in the 1960s the house was our parent's holiday home, and therefore all our childhood memories are to do with our adventures here. Later our parents fulfilled their dream of living here full time when they retired here 30 years ago.
Whilst doing the renovations we have tried to retain that same homely feel, that it always had. That is why we have left many of the beautiful and interesting things our parents acquired over the years - all of which are part of the magic of Glan-y-morfa.
